Update funktioniert nicht im Docker

Damit ein automatisches Update oder Update im Admin Panel unter .net8 im Docker funktioniert, müssen mehrere Dinge funktionieren. Das wichtigste ist das Watchtower funktioniert.

Damit kann man das Logfile vom Watchtower anschauen.

docker logs teslalogger-watchtower

Am besten drückt man im Admin Panel auf Aktualisieren und schaut sich dabei das Log an:

findet sich im Logfile so eine Fehlermeldung, dann muss man das docker-compose.yml aktualisieren.

client version 1.25 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version“

das geht am besten so:

docker compose stop
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bassmaster187/TeslaLogger/refs/heads/NET8/docker-compose.yml -O docker-compose.yml
docker compose pull
docker compose up -d
